Brenda Reading lives in Buffalo, New York, and is a registered medium of the Lily Dale Assembly, a spiritual development teacher, author and medical intuitive. She has worked professionally as a medium for more than ten years. She is a certified psychic reader through the Edgar Cayce Center in New York City (2023), a Usui Reiki Master Teacher (2005), a Certified Holistic Educator and an ordained Melchizedek minister. She trained as a Certified Professional Medium in 2021 at the Santosha Holistic Center under her fellow Lily Dale medium Rev. Angela Abt; she studied advanced medical intuition with Tina Zion in 2018, advanced Akashic Record reading and healing with Rev. Irma Kaye Sawyer in 2016, and Spiritualist healing at the Lily Dale Spiritualist Church with Thomas Rugani in 2016. Among her other teachers she names Caroline Sutherland, Annette DiStefano, Rev. Judith Rochester, Rev. B. Anne Gehman and Rev. Jan Cooke. She has taught at the Lily Dale Assembly, The Spirit University, Bolts of Love, the Santosha Holistic Center and the Angels of Hope Healing and Learning Center, and is the author of „Taps On My Shoulder — How to Awaken to Spirit". She hosts the show „Discover Your Spirit" on Lily Dale Blog Talk Radio. Her range of services is broad. Psychic readings, in which she reads the auric field and gives guidance on work and career, family, finances, spiritual path, relationships and decisions, as well as mediumship readings connecting with loved ones in spirit, guides, angels and master teachers, each cost $100 for 30 minutes, $140 for 45 minutes and $180 for an hour. An energies intuitive reading, which scans the physical, emotional and mental bodies, aims to spot imbalances early and closes with an individual action plan, costs $180 for around an hour — she states explicitly that it is never a medical diagnosis, prescription or replacement for medical care. An Akashic Record reading and healing, tracing and clearing connections to past lives, is $140 for about 45 minutes. Healing sessions are currently offered at a distance only: Reiki and Divine Energy Healing at $35 each remotely, where in person they would be $100. In-person appointments are available at Lily Dale by arrangement, with Zoom and telephone readings all year round. She advises preparing questions and bringing a photograph when asking about a family member.
