Paul Meek is a British medium who has worked as an afterlife-contact medium for almost 40 years – and one of the pioneers who brought British evidential mediumship to the German-speaking world. Trained at the renowned Arthur Findlay College, the former opera singer (who performed in Bayreuth, among other places) came to Munich in the 1990s more or less by chance. His appearance on "RTL Mysteries" with Jörg Draeger (1994/95) became the "big bang" of his career: without any prior information he named names, circumstances of death and highly specific details in front of an audience of millions. Appearances on Schreinemakers, Fliege and many other shows followed. He has written four books (among them "Der Himmel ist nur einen Schritt entfernt" and "Das Leben ohne Ende") and lives in Munich today. Paul Meek no longer gives one-on-one sittings himself. He tours with mediumistic evenings, lectures and the event series "afterLIFE – Jenseitskontakt mit Paul Meek", and trains mediums in British Spiritualism at his Mediale Highschool in Munich; for sittings his website refers to a list of certified mediums he has trained (guidelines: about one hour, €80–120, no prior information required).
