Dr. Rosina Sonnenschmidt

Dr Rosina Sonnenschmidt is a medium, naturopath, musician and author from Pforzheim, Germany. Her mediumistic schooling began in 1984 and took her to teachers of the British tradition in England and Germany – Margaret Pearson, Mary Duffy, Ray Williamson, Chris Batchelor and Tom Johanson. Her path before that was a very different one: studies in voice and trumpet, a doctorate in ethnomusicology, Indology and Egyptology in 1977, singer with the Sephira Ensemble until 1998, thirteen years as a student of the Zen master Kôun-An Dôru Chicô Rôshi and field research in northern India. Since 1994 she has led the mediumship and healer training together with Harald Knauss, which the two of them developed and have offered under the name „Mediale Welten" for more than 25 years. The foundation course comprises six modules and concludes with qualification as a mediumistic life counsellor and healer; Heide Leitner and Joachim Veith in Baierbrunn are among those holding the teaching licence for it. She is also known as an internationally renowned homeopath with more than fifty specialist books; she was the first woman and homeopath to be made an honorary member of the Japanese Imperial Homeopathic and Medical Association. She introduced holistic avian medicine and developed WINGS® animal kinesiology for veterinarians. She does not offer private sittings – her work runs through courses, professional training for doctors and therapists, and her books and CDs.
