Christine Pircher

Christine Pircher is an afterlife-contact medium in a village between Munich and Augsburg. From 2019 to 2023 she trained in person according to the principles of British spiritualism; she names Paul Meek and Simon Veigel as her teachers. She continues to attend seminars by British mediums, among them Margaret Falconer and Lynn Parker. She describes her path with remarkable candour: unlike many others, she says, she cannot point to years of extrasensory experiences. The decisive day was 7 December 1998 – at 25 a colleague told her about an afterlife-contact medium, a year after her mother's early death. Born in Upper Bavaria in 1973, she still lives there with two Belgian shepherd dogs and works in administration for an insurance broker – „the down-to-earth part of me". A sitting usually lasts one and a half to two hours and costs 100 € – independent of time and of how many contacts come through. She expressly wants no information in advance; all she needs is your name and a telephone number. Her stated ethical principle: if it does not work, or you are not satisfied, you pay nothing – that, she says, she guarantees. A particular contact cannot be ordered; anyone with someone in mind should let five to six months pass after that person's death. Sittings take place at her home, in summer also in her garden, and are equally possible online via Zoom – no Zoom account of your own is needed. Under the name „Die Seeleninsel" she also offers heart-and-soul conversations: attentive listening and life guidance, with an oracle card on request, likewise 100 € and 50 € for anything under 30 minutes. Spiritual practice groups are announced but have not yet started. She points out that a sitting is no substitute for seeing a doctor, psychologist or naturopath, and that she gives neither diagnoses nor promises of healing nor predictions of the future.
