Kim Russo, "The Happy Medium", is a medium from New York well known from American television. She is doubly certified: in 2005 by the Forever Family Foundation and in 2011 by the Windbridge Institute – both organizations subjected her to a battery of double-blind tests to prove the accuracy of her readings, and she remains on both official lists to this day. She also serves on the Forever Family Foundation's advisory board. She became known to a wide audience as the host of "The Haunting Of…" (six seasons, around 80 episodes, at times the #1 series on LMN); further credits include "Psychic Intervention", "Celebrity Ghost Stories", "Paranormal State" and "Psychic Kids". Her book "The Happy Medium – Life Lessons from the Other Side" (HarperCollins, 2016) debuted at #1 in Amazon's spirituality category; it was followed by "Your Soul Purpose – Learn How to Access the Light Within". Neuropsychologist Jeffrey Tarrant, who has mapped the brainwaves of around 20 mediums using quantitative EEG, covers her in his book "Becoming Psychic" (2023). Kim Russo appears mainly at live events, lectures and group readings, and seasonally teaches her online class "The Language of Spirit" (via Zoom) – places fill up quickly and a waiting list is available. She does not publish prices for individual sittings.
