Gordon

Gordon Smith (born 1962 in Glasgow) is one of the most thoroughly scientifically examined mediums of our time. The former hairdresser – affectionately known to this day as "the Psychic Barber" – was tested for years under controlled conditions by Prof. Archie Roy, astrophysicist at the University of Glasgow, and Tricia Robertson: in the Glasgow studies published in the Journal of the Society for Psychical Research in 2001 and 2004, the probability that his hit rate was due to chance lay far below one in a million. His trademark is extreme specificity – first and last names, addresses, professions, medical details. Trained at the Arthur Findlay College, he later taught demonstration mediumship there himself for many years. His books – from "Spirit Messenger" (2003) and "The Unbelievable Truth" to "Through My Eyes" – have been translated into many languages, and in the United Kingdom he has appeared repeatedly in BBC and ITV productions. Gordon Smith does not currently advertise private one-on-one sittings. He tours with live demonstrations (including in German-speaking countries, e.g. with the Frankfurter Ring), gives Zoom events and courses, and answers questions from the public in his podcast "SoulCast"; dates are announced via his website and newsletter.
