Bahar Yilmaz has perceived energies since her childhood – raised by her grandmother, who shaped her spiritual orientation. For more than twelve years she has worked in the fields of modern spirituality, healing and energy work, and to many she is the "voice of the new spirituality" because she clears away spiritual prisons and consistently leads people toward self-responsibility. Together with Jeffrey Kastenmüller she developed her own methods such as Transformational Reprogramming, Higher Self Healing and Aura Coaching. Five books have been published by Lotos and Ansata (Random House) – among them "Der Ruf der Geistigen Welt" (the big practice book of channeling), "Trance Healing" and "Empower Yourself" – and her MYSTICA.TV interviews (three of them linked on our Knowledge page) reach a large audience. Bahar Yilmaz does not offer one-on-one sessions: her work runs through online courses and trainings (including chakra training, meditation and healing), multi-month training programs, and live events announced via her website.
